Bugfixes:
- BattSaver application was not working on iOS 5 because of screen form factor of iPhone5. The application screen is now back to it’s former size.
- Fixed a potential crash on uninitialized pointer.

- hook on undim event was broken on iOS6.
- respring with device connected to USB lead to a crash.
- memory leak.
- in settings some cells were selectable but they should not.
